Joel Barsky

Director

After working as a business communication consultant, coordinator, and writer in Brazil. Joel returned to his native New York City in 2012 to help found NYTC. Joel has extensive international experience: besides Brazil, he has lived and worked in Italy and Spain, and has traveled throughout Europe and South America. He has a passion for the people and business life of New York City and he loves to combine communication, business and culture to create dynamic and empowering programs for his clients. He speaks Spanish, Portuguese and Italian; he holds a BA from Hampshire College and an MA from Teacher’s College, Columbia University.

Oswaldo De Munno Jr.

President

Oswaldo De Munno Jr. is not only the founder and president of New York Trend Consulting, but also the founder and president of Trend School, in Brazil, a leading provider of executive training and education for the past 25 years. Trend School has trained over 10,000 company owners and senior executives from Brazilian and multinational companies. He brings his vast experience in the area of executive development to New York City. International executives can now take advantage of NYTC’s alliance with major US business schools and the rich business environment that only New York can offer.

Stacey Browne

Communication Consultant

Stacey has worked in international education for over twenty years in the United States, Japan and Mexico. Her career has included teaching English as a Second Language, directing educational programs, and conducting corporate communication training in industries such as finance, pharmaceutics, and technology.

Anna Capell

Communication Consultant

Anna was born and raised in Poland and always had a passion for the English Language and Linguistics. Anna attended the University of Wroclaw, Poland and graduated with a Master’s Degree in English in 2001. She further pursued her interests and in 2002 obtained a Postgraduate Degree in Communication and Public Relations from the Institute of Political Science at the University of Wroclaw, Poland.

Fiore Sireci

Communication Consultant

Fiore is happy to be working for New York Trend Consulting as it allows him to work closely with dedicated professionals and help them to improve communication and analytical skills. Fiore has years of experience as a language and presentation consultant for people in the fields of business, finance, publishing, and design.

Marc Yoffie

Communication Consultant

Teaching is Marc’s second career. Originally he apprenticed as a diamond cutter in Manhattan’s 47th Street Diamond District, where he worked for many years. Eventually he returned to college, obtaining an MA in TESOL. After living and working in France and Spain for several years, Marc returned to New York, where he has taught at Long Island University since 1991.

Judy Taylor

Communication Consultant

Born, raised, and educated in the UK, Judy has a Bachelor’s degree in French and German from the University of Salford. Before training as a teacher, Judy had a long career in publishing as a market researcher in new product development. She received her TEFL/TESOL certification in both general and business English at the TEFL International in New York and is BEST-Plus certified. Judy has prolific experience working with international businesspeople, having been on staff at two prestigious ESL schools in NYC. Her work includes helping clients master business and professional English and helping them in all aspects of work such as navigating meetings in the workplace, writing correspondence and e-mails and preparing presentations and negotiations. In addition, she also specializes in teaching children, both young and old, using interactive media and games.
