Business Communication Skills (BCS)

BCS is a communication program for business executives which addresses strategic areas of language and develops essential managerial skills. Through our interactive and practical method of executive coaching, the BCS puts the participant in the scene through real life business simulations and discussions which aim to enhance oral communication skills, listening comprehension competences and vocabulary and language development to a more sophisticated level. Objective

The BCS program is designed to provide participants with the knowledge, skills and confidence they need to operate at a high level in the global marketplace. Participants walk away with the tools to deliver a powerful presentation; participate in a negotiation round table with invited guests; run a business meeting; attend networking meetings; interact in cross-cultural business situations; advance leadership development; practice and perfect the art of persuasion and argumentation; understand and maximize nonverbal communication and body language; perfect business and email writing skills; and apply these skills in authentic cross cultural contexts.
